Job Types Cheat Sheet

Is this an estimate for a new water heater?
Is this an estimate for a new HVAC unit?
Is this an estimate for a new electrical panel?
No matter the trade, CSRs are not to change/cancel/reschedule any Install jobs, Happy Visit appointments, or Return to Repair job types. Please set the correct task for these if customer is requesting a change. And as always, we are not to change/cancel/reschedule any job with sold work or has an estimate on it. Look for a green E on the job page, or you can look at the job summary, and if it mentions sold work or looks different than our normal job summary questions, that is a good indicator that we are not supposed to touch that job. Please reach out in the moment if you have any questions!
