There has been a slight script update for TA. You can check it out here. We should be mentioning this on every service call.
Please assign all tasks for Brice to Yvonne for now.
​Trinity is offering an $89 off repair special right now. Customer needs to tell tech at the job and they will handle.
​
TA will renew current residential monthly TCC members. Any new TCC needs to be annual. Please see membership guide below for the monthly prices.
TA will not be doing dryer vent work in summer.
TA is a Trane dealer. We install usually Trane or Rheem. We can discuss others usually depending on their interest

TA- when quoting prices for COMM jobs, be aware that we charge a 1 hour minimum to go out. So price to go out would be the DF and at least 1 flat rate hour.

TA does do duct installation for bathroom vent.

TA does clean dryer vents (not in summer)

TA does work on apartments. No condos.
When scheduling a TCC visit, please use the HVAC MEMBERSHIP VISIT job type, use HVAC Maintenance job type for 1 time maintenances.
Going forward, DF are NOT waived with work completed, even for TCC members.
TA does have military/veteran discount 5%, and it can be added to the TCC discount at 15%. Not on the SALE of the TCC, but to any services we provide.
Moving forward, we will not be waiving the SF when work is completed on site. The SF will be additional to any repair costs. You can still waive the SF with pushback for LSA/PPC calls to book them.
If you renew a TA membership- please put a note at the top of the job summary (Maintenances only) stating “Membership is paid in full” so the technicians know not to try and sell a membership during the maintenance. They are having some issues on their end seeing the memberships that we sell.
Quotes are good for 90 days for now. Please task Brandee to schedule. Also task Brandee for warranty and permit issues.
Going forward please start adding what the SF/Diagnostic fee will be ($89, $69 or $135) on the job summary. So for example SF: Y, $89.

Diagnostic Fees
"We have a diagnostic fee of (X), there may be an additional charge depending on the number of systems and what the tech finds on site."
Monday - Friday: 89$ Diagnostic fee. Not waived.
Members: 69$ Diagnostic fee. Includes weekends and after-hours. Not waived.

Weekends and after 5 PM: $135 Diagnostic fee. This fee is not waived.
​
Commercial Non-Member: $85 Diagnostic Fee. This is not waived. $155 per hour. (1 hour minimum) Total for FIRST hour- $240. After that, $155 per hour.
​
Commercial Member: $65 Diagnostic Fee. This is not waived. $125 per hour. (1 hour minimum) Total for FIRST hour-$190. After that, $125 per hour.

*Note: Commercial is NOT a flat rate fee. Commercial is hourly.

Holiday DF is $135 for Residential and COMM. Not waived.

Membership Plan

The Platinum Maintenance Plan is an annual maintenance plan that covers parts and labor of their newly installed Trinity Air HVAC system. It is only available to those currently on the plan for a term of ten years. The cost is an additional $100/year per PMP. (EX: 1 system- $285. 2 sys- $500, 3 sys- $715, 4 sys- $930) **Anyone on a PMP plan does NOT pay for a service call if that unit is under platinum coverage as well.** If someone wants to renew the Platinum plan, you can sched next appt for them, do NOT renew the PMP, and tech will collect on site. Make sure to note job accordingly.

Residential Plan: $185 annual 1 system. $115 for each additional system.
2 systems- $300. 3 systems-$415. 4 systems-$530
​
You can renew current monthly residential TCC plans-
1 sys- $16, 2 sys-$25, 3 sys- $35, 4 sys- $45 per month
​
TCC maint visits come with standard 1 inch size filters, additional cost for bigger size filters.
Does not include PL and EL examination yet.

*Note: One time tune-up pricing is $89 for 1 system, $79 for each additional system.
